Transparency

Readable by Vybe
Username, public profile fields, public material, ORVYN PULSE total, device public keys, push token, membership, timing, IP/network request data, and delivery metadata. The API transiently processes a password during registration and login but stores only an Argon2id verifier.
Not readable by Vybe
Private message and Spark content, private Stories, private-profile fields, Vault items, Ghost Map coordinates, backup codes after issuance, and all device private keys.
Operational control
Vybe necessarily controls the servers, availability, account routing records, and public-service access. Orvyn cannot truthfully promise zero operational control or a zero-percent breach risk; it is designed to keep private content unintelligible if server storage is exposed.
Requests and enforcement
Vybe will publish aggregate legal-request and account-action statistics when operations begin. Orvyn cannot produce plaintext that it does not possess. Infrastructure access may be restricted for security, legal compliance, or abuse response; users retain block and audience controls.
